In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, the Facebook Login Data Deletion requirement, and Snap Developer Terms, users have full control over their account data. Once we receive and verify your deletion request, our team will action it — permanently deleting your personal profile, OAuth tokens, and stored media — typically within 30 days.
InfluenceNexus does not currently have a self-service, in-app account deletion feature. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact support@influencenexus.in with your account details. Deletion requests are reviewed and actioned by our team, typically within 30 days — but this is a manual process handled by our support/compliance team, not an automated system.

To revoke InfluenceNexus permissions directly from Meta: Go to Facebook > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites > Find "Influence Nexus" > Click "Remove". This invalidates all API tokens instantly.
To revoke YouTube API permissions directly from Google: Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions > Select "Influence Nexus" > Click "Remove Access".
To revoke InfluenceNexus permissions directly from Snapchat: Open the Snapchat app > Settings (gear icon) > Connected Apps > Find "Influence Nexus" > Tap "Remove". This immediately revokes our access to your Snapchat data.
Account profile, email, WhatsApp phone number, bio, profile photo, connected Instagram/Facebook/YouTube/Snapchat API access tokens, social analytics cache, and portfolio uploads. This deletion is carried out manually by our team, not by an automated purge process.
Past financial transaction records, GST tax invoices, and payout logs are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax regulations.
